Quiet Day Off

ceitfiannaSince today's a holiday, I've only been out once and its cold out there. Also the place I wanted to have lunch was closed so I went somewhere else. Currently I'm enjoying the marathon of The Tudors on BBC America quite a lot. The show's so pretty and costume soap opera with some history thrown in there. Also thinking of good British shows, the third season of Merlin is wonderful. I'm still not sure about the fourth of Primeval, it feels like the tone's changed and it isn't gripping me the same way.
I think that my work stuff is finally clear and I'm going to keep doing a good job and not mess up anymore with the stupid tradeboard because I really do like being a reference librarian. Also I hate feeling like I'm disappointing my bosses.
Tomorrow I only have one class in the evening so I think I'll head to the post office on my way in and finally send some stuff off.
This is going to be a good semester, both my group projects seem to be organized differently than the one that just about took me out during my first semester. They're more research and how do things work than corporate consulting based, which I like.
Now if only LJ would behave with its notifs, I could enjoy my day off. For now I have a few OOMs to set up and I'm going to try and fill the prompts from my last entry.
